Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on job postings independently on different job portals and newspapers, update and remove job ads from social networks & job portals, and maintain data of which all candidates have applied.
2. Work on shortlisting candidates for various profiles along with management & Inviting candidates for interviews.
3. Coordinate with shortlisted candidates to schedule/fix their interviews.
3. Work on conducting phone interviews with candidates along with management.
4. Evaluate the candidates' skills based on key responsibility areas and provide feedback to management. Handle onboarding of selected candidates.
5. Strategize with the management on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes of the HR function and opening new streams to find ideal candidates.
6. Stay punctual in your daily duties, i.e. posting jobs, maintaining data, giving reports/tasks on time, and being active on different chat groups made for the reporting of interns.
7. Update and make necessary changes to the employee handbook (rules book).
8. Submit a project report at the end of the internship outlining all the steps company management needs to take to make the company better in terms of HR policies.
9. Work closely with the founder and directors of the company and report to them on a day-to-day basis.

Note: Preference would be given to those candidates who have their own laptops with stable internet connection & know the use of Canva software for editing images.
