About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting research on organizational development (OD), culture setting, goal setting, and human interaction in the workplace.
2. Analyze and interpret data related to human behaviors and tendencies to provide actionable insights.
3. Support the team in developing strategies for optimizing organizational culture and setting clear, achievable goals.
4. Perform SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to organizational initiatives.
5. Collaborate on the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other documentation related to the team's ongoing projects.
6. Contribute to discussions about improving employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational dynamics.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in psychology, with a focus on organizational development, industrial psychology, or a related field.
2. In-depth knowledge of human behaviors and tendencies.
3. Previous research experience or a thesis on OD, culture setting, goal setting, or human interactions is highly preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills, especially in conducting SWOT analysis and interpreting behavioral data.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present research findings.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
