About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand clients' requirements and source relevant profiles from various job portals.
2. Build a strong pipeline for our clients and conduct the initial screening of candidates.
3. Collaborate closely with client hiring coordinators to address various demands and coordinate end-to-end hiring closure activities.
4. Maintain an organized database of candidates.
5. Stay informed about IT industry trends and hiring needs to provide valuable insights.

1. Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or business administration will be preferred.
