Chartered Accountant (CA) Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing all accounting transactions
2. Publishing financial statements on time
3. Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
4. Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
5. Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
6. Client management and communication with multiple clients
7. Guide and support the team with technical work aspects
8. Review the files and share them with leaders
9. To perform all relevant tasks in the absence of a leader
10. To supplement and support the leader to deliver and meet business demands
11. To maintain and be consistent with existing client management
12. To be responsible for new client onboarding
13. To ensure timely turnaround of files without compromising the quality of work
14. To motivate, inspire, and recognize the team on a timely basis for maximum work output
