We seek a talented content strategist to join our team and develop content strategist that align with our brand, engage our target audience, and drive business goals. The role includes creating engaging video content, managing social media interactions, writing scripts, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-channel content production, stay updated on trends, and ensure high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research to generate content ideas and leads for video creation.
2. Write compelling scripts for both long and short videos.
3. Approve all content and video edits post-production to maintain high-quality standards.
4. Manage community interactions on YouTube by moderating discussions, responding to comments, overseeing membership programs, and engaging effectively with community groups.
5. Collaborate for effective campaigns, tracking progress, and archiving work data.
6. Plan and schedule content with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
7. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including videos and scripts.
8. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content that meets audience needs and goals.
9. Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone that reflects company values and resonates with the target audience.
10. Stay updated on content marketing trends to develop effective strategies for boosting content performance.
11. Utilize data analysis and feedback to improve content quality.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in content strategy, copywriting, community management/research, or a related field.
3. Exceptional writing and research skills.
4. Strong understanding of agriculture, social media, and content creation.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Preference for candidates with prior experience in EdTech or agriculture sectors.
9. Language: English, Hindi (Marathi optional).
