1. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport.
4. Strong persuasion skills.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
