We are immediately looking to fill a sales development representative position. Below is the JD. This role will be for Khenshu which is a luxury furniture brand based out of Bengaluru which also does luxury interior design projects. The role will also involve targeting potential international clients and designers present in the US, to which we are already exporting. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients and meet them personally if required, in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with design and marketing teams to uncover new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
2. Discover new leads by identifying potential clients and projects
3. Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
4. Follow up with leads generated by the marketing team
5. Make quotes on a daily basis
6. Develop and maintain a strong network with potential leads
7. Meet clients and open doors for the design team
8. Identify partnership opportunities
9. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
10. Maintain existing business
Note: This is an entry level position for fresh graduates

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably no MBA candidates)
