Product Support Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot: Analyze and diagnose technical issues reported by merchants, utilizing expertise to identify the root cause and find appropriate solutions
2. Assist Customers: Communicate with merchants through various channels (such as phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems) to understand their concerns, gather relevant information, and provide guidance and step-by-step instructions to resolve their issues
3. Resolve Issues: Use technical knowledge to resolve merchant issues promptly, which may involve remotely accessing their systems, walking them through troubleshooting steps, or coordinating with other technical teams to find solutions
4. Document: Maintain accurate and detailed records of merchant interactions, including steps taken to resolve issues, to create knowledge bases, FAQs, and training materials for future reference
5. Collaborate: Work with other teams within the organization, such as development, quality assurance, or product management, to escalate complex issues, provide feedback, and contribute to product improvement
6. Continuously Learn: Stay updated with the latest technologies, product updates, and industry trends to provide effective support and improve troubleshooting skills

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Possess a minimum of 6 months of professional experience
3. Demonstrate strong technical skills in Java
4. Exhibit excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory)
5. Showcase problem-solving capabilities
6. Possess product knowledge
7. Have knowledge of financial and banking concepts
