You will work closely with top graduates and our top management team to establish, nurture, and grow the business across various categories. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Business Growth: Work closely with the Sales Team and Top Management to assist in the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads.
2. Promote Services: Pitch and promote SkillLevel services to college students across different domains.
3. Career Counseling: Career counsel prospective students, understand their learning objectives and offer them relevant SkillLevel products.
4. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Sales Team and Top Management to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
5. Client Meetings: Set up meetings and follow up with potential clients.
6. Lead Management: Generate and manage leads of college students efficiently.
Requirement Specifications:-
1. Educational Background: Open to candidates from all branches.
2. Leadership Experience: Preference for candidates who have held leadership roles in college fests and college organizations.
Remuneration Offered:-
1. Probation Period Stipend: INR 12,000/-
2. Salary After Probation Period: CTC - INR 400,000/- (Fixed: INR 265,000/- and Variable: INR 135,000/-)
