Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer assistance and engagement: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect jewelry piece. Share information about the product features, including material, design, and customization options.
2. Product knowledge and demonstration: Maintain a deep understanding of all jewelry pieces, including details on materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship. Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting unique aspects such as customization options and design features. Training will be provided.
3. Upselling and cross-selling: Suggest additional items, such as complementary pieces or customization options, to enhance sales. Present jewelry collections and special offers to encourage customers to purchase multiple items.
4. Inventory management: Keep track of stock levels and assist with restocking displays as needed. Ensure all pieces are neatly displayed and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store.
5. Transaction and record-keeping: Handle transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Record customer information and preferences for follow-up, and manage daily sales records to support inventory and financial tracking.
