Key responsibilities:

1. Performing monthly GST reconciliation
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process through offline, online portals & campus recruitment
3. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategy systems

Requirements:

1. Candidate with good knowledge in Tally, ERP & Statutory - ESI, PF, filling of TDS, GST returns
2. Self-motivated, and able to work independently
3. Knowledge of the finalization of accounts
