This high-performance sales role is ideal for someone ambitious, has a hunger to grow, and is eager to continuously challenge themselves. We seek individuals with unwavering dedication, exceptional determination, and a strong work ethic, all of which will undoubtedly be rewarded.

Candidates must have extensive knowledge of industries that primarily focus on employee incentive trips, dealer trips, and meetings and events, both internationally and domestically.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate revenue on a monthly basis
2. Create bookings/reservations, preparing itineraries, tour costing, hotel bookings, and customizing domestic and international tours
3. Provide excellent customer service, handling escalations post-booking, and ensuring appropriate resolutions
4. Coordinating with the operations team
5. Onboard new clients monthly
6. Meet targets consistently
7. Generate new business through leisure and corporate sales

Note:

1. Need to generate leads (cold calling/ social media etc) and nurture all prospects
2. Own the complete sales cycle: Lead generation, client meeting and presentation, proposal sharing with clients, negotiation, Invoice generation & closure of deal and payment collection
3. Post Sales activities i.e. servicing clients, traveling with a group of clients (group size more than 40+)
4. Complete ownership of pre & post sales activities
5. Must have strong connections and influence within client industries to convert sales for our firm
6. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate tour packages
7. Achieve assigned sales targets
8. Responsible for generating revenue for the company, evaluated based on monthly and quarterly revenue generation
9. Driven by hardcore sales
10. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Must have experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales

Proven track record of independently closing deals for groups of over 100 people, especially for international travel with reputable corporations

Corporate travel sales experience is essential

Other Skills :

Must be proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Fluency in English essential

Should have good communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service skills

Should be honest/hardworking/punctual

Self-motivated, resourceful, able, and willing to work in a multi-tasking environment

Local language speaking added advantage

Qualification:

Any graduate or degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business, or a relevant field will be an advantage

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,25,000 /year
