A Business Development Executive (BDE) has a critical role in driving a company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Lead Generation**: Identifying potential clients and creating a database of leads through market research, networking, and other lead generation methods.
2. **Client Acquisition**: Approaching prospects, presenting the company's products or services, and converting leads into clients.
3. **Sales Strategy**: Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, penetrate new markets, and grow client relationships.
4. **Market Research**: Analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. **Negotiations**: Conducting contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and closing sales deals.
7. **Collaboration**: Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine offerings and align on business goals.
8. **Reporting**: Tracking progress on targets, preparing reports on sales activities, and presenting findings to management.
9. **Networking**: Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand business opportunities.
10. **Product Knowledge**: Staying updated on the company's products or services to effectively pitch to clients and answer queries.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and convert them into revenue for the company.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
