4. Stay up-to-date on design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of our visual content.
5. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
6. Provide input and feedback in brainstorming sessions to help shape the overall creative direction of our campaigns.
7. Support the senior design team in various ad-hoc design tasks and projects as needed.
