The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with creative strategy development, performance marketing creatives, and social media management, possessing a strong creative vision. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and design teams, lead creative initiatives, and drive projects that enhance our brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with Healeo Nutrition's brand identity and marketing objectives.
2. Manage and create content for our social media pages, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging across all platforms.
3. Design and execute performance marketing creatives focused on direct-to-conversion concepts to drive sales and customer acquisition.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
5. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and brand storytelling.
6. Analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize creative strategies.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and e-commerce to continually enhance our creative approach.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a creative strategy role, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, performance marketing creatives, and social media management.
4. Proficiency in using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
7. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
