Technical Lead Developer Job

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 4 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and Java, as well as proficiency in modern frameworks and technologies.

3. Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, including experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and cloud-based services.

4. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.

5. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices in code quality, security, and testing.

6. Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a solid understanding of project management tools such as Jira or Trello, and a commitment to iterative development.

7. Proficient in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with experience in services like Lambda, EC2, or App Engine.

8. Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.

9. Proficient in Java, with experience in frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, and knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

10. Familiarity with microservices architecture and building scalable backend solutions in Java.

11. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
