Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on the customer's requirements.
2. Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely processing of client orders.
3. Coordinate with clients to resolve their technical queries efficiently and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Provide backend support(Product to the clients without engaging in direct sales activities.
