Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and user systems.
2. Support network configuration and security measures like firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi setup.
3. Support data backup, security, and recovery processes.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, consulting, marketing) to provide technical insights and solutions.
